About

Danielle Hardin is a trailblazer in acute care nursing, a mentor to aspiring healthcare professionals, and a relentless advocate for underserved communities. With over 15 years of hands-on expertise in critical care, Danielle’s journey is both awe-inspiring and transformative—a testament to resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Hailing from Kansas City, Missouri, her career was ignited in the bustling trauma wards of Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, one of America’s largest public hospitals. Immersed in the intense challenges of a level 1 trauma center, Danielle forged her path with boundless determination—rounding with critical care physicians during her days off, arriving early, staying late, and absorbing every ounce of knowledge she could glean.

Her thirst for mastery led her to pursue a graduate degree from the University of Maryland, specializing in trauma, critical care, and emergency nursing—an education that became the cornerstone of her illustrious career. In 2015, Danielle’s exceptional contributions were celebrated when she received the prestigious TNA District 9: Outstanding Registered Nurse award. But her impact didn’t stop at the bedside; compelled by a desire to make a global difference, Danielle answered the call for humanitarian service with Project Medi-share in Haiti, delivering lifesaving care to vulnerable communities.

As a visionary educator, Danielle channeled her expertise into creating a critical care review course designed to empower nurses to conquer the Critical Care Registered Nurse Exam (CCRN). Her mission? To elevate the skill set of bedside critical care nurses, enabling them to provide superior care and transform patient outcomes. This passion for education is matched only by her drive to advance the profession through thought leadership. Danielle has authored influential articles in renowned journals like the Journal of Nursing Administration and the Journal of Palliative Care & Medicine,

spotlighting critical topics such as managing violence in healthcare and the pivotal role of palliative care in intensive care units.

But Danielle’s story is more than a professional triumph—it is one of heart and humanity. She lends her voice to high-risk youth in foster care, uplifts her faith through the study of Christian apologetics, and pushes the boundaries of endurance through triathlons and CrossFit. She is a fierce advocate, an indomitable athlete, and a devoted servant-leader.

From the bustling hospitals of Atlanta to the underserved villages of Haiti, from the academic arena to the pages of esteemed journals, Danielle Hardin’s journey is nothing short of epic. She continues to redefine what it means to lead, heal, and inspire—all while training for half Ironman races and proving that no challenge is insurmountable. Her story is not merely a biography; it is a legacy in the making.
